We’re making this option available again for clients who need the most affordable way to get started.
But please read carefully before choosing this:

🚫 This shipping method does not include tracking or insurance.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will not be able to replace or refund your order.

This option is best for:

• Clients who fully accept the risks

• Countries with reliable mail systems

• Returning customers who know what to expect

By choosing this method, you're confirming that you understand and accept the above conditions.
If you want peace of mind or faster service, we strongly recommend Tracked & Insured Shipping instead.

💬 Returns & Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or there's a major issue, email us within 7 days of delivery at yuna@optifold.ca and we’ll take care of it.

• If you selected an untracked or uninsured option, and the parcel is lost, we cannot offer refunds or free replacements.
• Tracked and express shipments provide protection and visibility—ideal if you want extra peace of mind.
