Getting started is simple
1) Make sure you have Optifold tapes
EyelidCare™ is the consulting layer, so you need the actual tapes to implement the corrections. If you do not already have them, buy the tape product first.
2) Submit your eyelid profile video
Email it to yuna@optifold.ca. Use the filming method below so we can diagnose accurately.
3) Get your starting targets
We confirm how your good eye and difficult eye behave, then set your initial tape size, placement target, and routine.
4) Begin the monthly loop
You send short check-in clips, we reply with corrections and a technical PDF, then you test the updated target. Most check-ins are answered within 1 to 3 business days.

📌 Getting Started + Results Timeline
Week 1 is about consistency. Our goal is to remove the beginner mistakes quickly so your difficult eye starts responding.
Use a magnified tabletop mirror, keep your brows relaxed and symmetric, and apply with your chin slightly up and eyes looking down. Change one variable at a time rather than changing everything at once.
- Month 1: crease stays visible for several hours
- Month 2: crease holds multiple days without tape
