We offer this for customers who just need the most affordable way to get started. It is the lowest-cost method, but it is also the highest-risk method.

🚫 This method has no tracking and no insurance. If the parcel is delayed, lost, misrouted, or damaged in transit, we cannot refund or replace it.

This option is best for:

• Clients who fully accept shipping risks
• Countries that usually have reliable postal systems
• Returning customers who already know our delivery pattern

By selecting this option at checkout, you confirm that you understand and accept the above conditions. If you need visibility or you are on a deadline, please choose a tracked option.

This is the safest and most reliable choice. Tracked and express shipments include a tracking number and typically move through the network faster.

We recommend tracked shipping if:

• You are ordering for a client, a video shoot, or a time-sensitive event
• Your country sometimes delays regular mail
• You experienced postal issues in the past

Express services are the best option if you need to receive your Optifold package on a predictable timeline.

From time to time Canada Post announces service interruptions, rotating strikes, or delivery slowdowns. When this happens, parcels moving within Canada or leaving Canada can take longer than the estimates listed below.

What this means for you:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Weather, labour actions, or customs can slow down a parcel even if we shipped on time
• We will continue to dispatch from our side, but once it is with the carrier, we must follow their timelines

If your order is urgent during a Canada Post disruption, choose the fastest tracked option available at checkout.

These are typical reference rates. Your live rate at checkout may look slightly different because it is calculated from your postal/ZIP code, service chosen, and current carrier pricing.

🇺🇸 United States

• Airmail (tracked when available): 8–15 business days — from $16
• Express / Priority: 7–10 business days — from $90

Important for US customers: some orders may have duties, taxes, or brokerage added by the courier or by US border processing. This is not charged by Optifold and can make the final cost a bit higher.

🌐 Worldwide (Asia, Middle East, Oceania)

• Airmail (tracked when available): 14–18 business days — from $40
• Express: 3–7 business days — from $115

🇰🇷 South Korea

• Korea Post (tracked): 5–10 business days — from $15

🇨🇦 Canada

• Canada Post (MB, ON, QC): 5–7 business days — from $14
• Canada Post (AB, BC): 5–7 business days — from $18

Shipping costs are not a flat rate for every country. They change based on distance, the carrier we are able to use for your address, and whether your government adds import fees.

• Remote or rural destinations may see higher live rates
• The US sometimes adds small duties, taxes, or brokerage on beauty/adhesive items
• These fees are collected by customs or the courier, not by Optifold
• We do not have the authority to remove US customs charges once the parcel is in the system

If you are ordering for resale, influencer content, or business purposes, please factor these potential add-ons into your budget.

Parcels going to the EU, UK, and some parts of Europe can take longer to deliver. This is often because of local customs policies and VAT collection.

What to expect:

• Longer customs processing compared to North America
• Possible VAT, duties, or admin fees on arrival
• Occasional requests from the courier for additional info before release

If you have a strict content or filming schedule, choose express and place your order earlier than usual.

All prices shown on the site are subject to change based on carrier rates. At checkout, your rate will be calculated using your exact address and the service you pick.

International orders may be charged additional fees by the destination country. These are not Optifold fees.

If your parcel arrives damaged or with a major issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@optifold.ca with your order number and photos.

To keep things fair for all customers:

• If you selected an untracked / uninsured method and it does not arrive, we cannot refund or resend for free
• Tracked and express shipments offer the best protection and visibility
• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once the order has been dispatched

We are a small, specialized brand and we try to balance customer support with realistic shipping costs.
