Week 1 is about consistency. Our goal is to remove the beginner mistakes quickly so your difficult eye starts responding.

Use a magnified tabletop mirror, keep your brows relaxed and symmetric, and apply with your chin slightly up and eyes looking down. Change one variable at a time instead of changing everything at once.
