🌸 Hi, I’m Ray.
I’m the founder of Optifold—but more than that, I’m someone who was shaped by a very different kind of upbringing.
I started as a child model, growing up under studio lights and beauty expectations that didn’t include people like me—people with one double eyelid and one single. Almost every other kid had that smooth symmetry, and I didn’t. I learned early how even the smallest feature could change how you’re seen.
That quiet discomfort stayed with me. By age 11, I was cutting makeshift tapes, training my skin, and testing crease angles on myself every day. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was building the foundation for Optifold—driven by pure necessity.
This isn’t just a company. This is the life path I was put on. Everything I’ve done—whether it's dancing, building, sketching, or mentoring—has poured back into this.
And the trust? That was earned. Year after year, one client at a time. I’ve stuck through the hard seasons, answered every eyelid video, and helped people get results when every other brand gave up on them.

📚 Teaching in Korea – Beauty Through Discipline
After architecture, I went to South Korea—not for buildings this time, but for people. I taught English with a sharper eye for structure, balance, and creativity. Whether correcting sentence flow or helping students express themselves, beauty lived in precision.
